Will Dawson is the veteran-owned visionary behind Granite Dells Landscaping LLC, based in Payson, Arizona. Frustrated by local landscapers who never answered their phones or showed up on time, Will decided to transform the industry with a higher standard of professionalism and reliability. Starting with only a weedwacker and a rake, he worked his way up—earning enough to invest in top-tier equipment and establish a reputable business.

Drawing on his military background, Will weaves discipline, pride in workmanship, and a customer-first mindset into every project. Under his leadership, Granite Dells Landscaping has evolved from humble beginnings into a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite with consistent five-star reviews. His mission is clear: to offer timely communication, impeccable service, and genuine care for each property he serves.

Outside of work, Will is deeply involved in his local community—volunteering at a neighborhood church and pursuing his passion for running. An avid runner, he completed his first ultramarathon by the age of 23, proving his commitment to perseverance and hard work extends well beyond landscaping. With an eye on becoming the best landscaping company in the United States, Will Dawson’s dedication to excellence shines through in everything he does.

LEAD CREW SUPERVISOR

My name is Adrian, and I’m the Lead Crew Supervisor at Granite Dells Landscaping. I oversee the landscaping crew, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and up to our high standards. I handle scheduling, managing the team on-site, and making sure every detail of the project aligns with the client’s vision. I’ve built my skills through hands-on experience in landscaping and team leadership, and my background in physical activities like CrossFit and sports helps me maintain the energy and focus needed for this role. I’ve been in leadership roles for a few years now, thriving on balancing teamwork with achieving excellent results.

What I enjoy most is seeing a project come together—from initial planning to a finished landscape that clients are proud of. I’m motivated by the challenge of organizing a team and ensuring everyone works at their best to deliver quality work. Outside of work, I enjoy skateboarding, snowboarding, and staying active through CrossFit—hobbies that keep me energized and grounded, carrying over into my professional life. A motto I live by is to stay consistent, both in personal growth and in maintaining high standards for every project.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect with the crew and foster a sense of teamwork, while still focusing on the big picture. I bring organization and a strong work ethic to every job, creating an environment where the team feels supported and clients are impressed with the results. LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN

Devon Hilton Boone is the proud owner of Boone’s Clear Views, where he brings professional window cleaning services to every client he serves. A former Marine Corps diesel truck driver stationed in Okinawa, Japan, Devon learned leadership, discipline, and professionalism by mentoring and guiding a platoon of Marines to success at the rank of Corporal. Today, he applies those same values—attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication—to ensure that each customer can “actually see out the windows” they once took for granted. Devon loves hearing that he’s helped clients rediscover the beauty of their yards, and he’s committed to showing up on time, working with flexible hours, and delivering top-notch results. He happily provides free quotes, offers fair and reasonable pricing, and takes pride in his perfectionist approach to every project.

Outside of work, Devon finds strength and purpose in his faith, spending time with Jesus Christ through prayer and meditation on His word—guided by Colossians 3:23: “Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.” He enjoys hiking with his fiancé and their two dogs, creating cherished memories with friends and family, and appreciating the freedom of running his own business. Devon’s dream is to grow and expand beyond window cleaning to handyman services like drywall repair, paint touchups, simple plumbing and electrical fixes, cleaning gutters, and solar panel maintenance. By answering his phone, keeping a respectful and friendly attitude, and always striving to do his absolute best, Devon is building a company that fulfills his calling to help others in a wide variety of ways—starting with the clear view he can bring to any home or business.
